In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Craveherchic.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Damages and issues
